What You’ll Do:
ØLead and Inspire: Supervise and motivate a dedicated team of nurses and aides to deliver exceptional care.
ØEnsure Quality Care: Oversee all aspects of resident care, from medication management to end-of-life care.
ØCollaborate: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to create and implement care plans that meet each resident’s unique needs.
ØProblem-Solve: Be the go-to person for any nursing-related issues, ensuring smooth operations throughout your shift.
What We’re Looking For:
ØExperience: Prior experience in a supervisory role within long-term care is preferred.
ØQualifications: Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in Texas.
ØSkills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
