Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a global manufacturer to locate their next Senior Human Resources Manager. This is a key management role that will partner with executive leadership to deliver on significant HR change.
Location: Hickory, NC region (Hybrid: 3 days on‑site / 2 days remote)
Benefits: H/V/D + strong 401(k) match + Above market average PTO.
Compensation: $125,000–$140,000 target base salary + 10–20% bonus
Schedule: Full‑time

What will your day look like?
• Lead & develop the a small HR Team to deliver efficient, compliant HR services.
• Partner with leadership to improve upon HR processes - performance management, goal setting, KPIs, and talent development.
• Drive key HR operations including recruiting, compensation analysis, benefits administration, employee relations, and change management.
Who are you?
• HR Leader with Manufacturing Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR roles in a manufacturing or industrial setting, including supervisory experience.
• Change Agent: Comfortable leading transformation in HR practices, engaging employees and leadership, and supporting necessary cultural changes.
• Strong Communicator & Technologist: Proficient in HRIS systems, MS Office tools (spreadsheets, presentations), and able to deliver to internal stakeholders at all levels.
