What You'll Do:
As an LPN in our Assisted Living community, you'll be at the heart of our resident care, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments with precision and care.
- Monitoring residents' health status, observing changes, and documenting accurately.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Collaborating with the nursing team and other departments to ensure holistic resident care.
- Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare providers.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents.
What You'll Bring:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana (required).
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus, but we welcome dedicated new graduates too!
- A genuine passion for working with seniors and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Strong observational, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
