- Responsible for creating a positive first impression on behalf of the organization, essentially acting as the public representation of the business.
- Direct customers and visitors to appropriate departments, ensuring security protocols are satisfied.
- Mail sorting and processing.
- Switch board operation.
- Manage a clean reception desk and exhibit a professional and businesslike appearance and demeanor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Daily Duties
- Visitors/Guests Login sheet
- Greet visitors/guests and direct them to appropriate parties.
- All visitors/guests must sign in and wear a visitor badge.
- Visitors/guests must log their in and out times
- Receiving phone calls politely and transferring calls to the right staff.
- Receiving express mail and packages/ Legal documents/Certified mails
- Log and forward to the right person and receive their signature receipt.
- Sending packages via overnight courier or other delivery
- Confirm all packages are picked up and logged.
- Lounge supplies management
- Take control over the stocked items.
- Ordering lounge supplies for HQ
- Sending USPS mails – Folding letters and stamping USPS mail
- Sorting incoming mail and packages, and forward to correct department
- Organize and sort inter-branch mail, packages, and documents.

- Basic typing/keyboarding skills: basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, and e-mail.
- Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental and external representatives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills: ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.
The salary range for this full-time position is $24.04 Hourly - $28.85 Hourly + bonus + benefits
