- Location: Charlotte, NC
- Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 base + annual bonus
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

What will your day look like?
- Process Optimization: Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate KPIs and operational data to identify inefficiencies and develop action plans for improvement.
- Project Leadership: Manage CI projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI expectations.
- Standardization: Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across multiple facilities to ensure consistency and sustainability.
- Collaboration: Partner with site leadership, engineering, and finance to drive productivity, reduce waste, and improve service levels.
- Training & Coaching: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring employees and facilitating CI training programs.
Who are you?
- Experienced CI Professional: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process engineering—preferably within logistics, warehousing, or distribution.
- Certified & Skilled: Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and developing data-backed improvement strategies.
- Collaborative Leader: Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence change across all levels of the organization.
