Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following
- Supports health and wellness director to manage the day-to day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents healthcare needs are met.
- Ensures dignity and ensures quality care as residents healthcare needs change.
- Assist management with resident retention.
- Partners with management to execute marketing plans and achieve community occupancy goals.
- Maintains and/or improves upon the occupancy level and revenue production of the community in accordance with marketing and business plans.
- Assist in the achievement of occupancy goals by monitoring the health, safety and well-being of residents, and proactively identifying those at risk for move out. Implements timely problem solving.
- Effectively explains and demonstrates to perspective resident and their families the benefits of residing and receiving care at the community.
- Assist in supervision of the Certified Nursing Assistance and Nursing Assistance Aides.
- Maintains working knowledge of all CTK business lines throughout the skilled facility to assure, resident care, safety, and transition is in good working order in accordance to their personal care plan.
- Communicates information in a timely manner to the appropriate person or agency regarding changes in residents health/well-being, personal needs, risk management issues, customer services issues, family, or outside health care provider concerns.
- Assist in keeping the environment safety for associates to reduce the occurrence of Workers compensation claims
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved course in Licensed Practical Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in Pennsylvania. Previous experience as an LPN in an extended care facility preferred.
- Must obtain Pre-Hire Physical
- Must obtain 2 step TB
