Job Description:
We are hiring CNAs and Home Health Aides to work in our clients’ homes in the
Plano/Allen areas, and we will keep your assignments close to you! Your starting pay will be based on your experience and client requirements.

Qualifications :
- Current CNA certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Current CPR as required by client facility; other health and screening tests as required by specific facilities and/or regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Follows the client's plan of care as assigned.
- Delivers personal care services to clients as assigned.
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely from bed to chair, etc.
- Monitor client vitals, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and engage in recreational activities with clients.
- Report any changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team or family.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Complies with CareBuilders at Home policies/procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- Communicates information effectively to appropriate personnel.
