Seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize all operational functions, including warehouse, logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, and office administration. This senior leadership role will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability to support growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations and 3PL partners, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency.
Manage office administration, order processing, and coordination across teams.
Lead e-commerce and drop-ship fulfillment programs with major retail partners.
Optimize inventory, processes, and ERP workflows for operational excellence.
Develop and mentor operations and administrative staff.
Manage budgets and monitor performance metrics across operations.
Qualifications:
10+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain leadership; 5+ years in senior management.
Experience with warehouse and e-commerce/drop-ship fulfillment.
ERP proficiency (SysPro preferred) and strong financial acumen.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or certifications (APICS, Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.
