Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manufacturing Manager role located in Attleboro, MA. The Manufacturing Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, production planning, and team management to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of quality control, optimizing manufacturing processes, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and leading production teams to meet output and quality targets. The role requires a focus on operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards to deliver high-quality products.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure streamlined manufacturing processes
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management practices
- Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Control standards
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve production efficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the windows and doors industry or manufacturing sector is a plus
