- Lead operations across multiple “machine shop” sites in a hands-on capacity

- Develop talent and build a high-performing, collaborative operations team.
Qualifications, partial list:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in discrete manufacturing environments
- Proven success driving operational excellence, productivity, and cost reduction
- Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, visual management)
- Experience managing multi-site, cross-functional operations teams
- Strong team-building, problem-solving, and leadership skills
