Manufacturing Manager – Aerospace Industry

A leading aerospace manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee and coordinate operations in designated production areas. This position is responsible for meeting production, quality, and delivery targets while driving continuous improvement and maintaining a safe, high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of supervisors and production staff to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
- Oversee production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and 6S practices.
- Ensure adherence to process controls, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
- Manage departmental budgets, control WIP inventory, and maximize throughput.
- Recommend and implement new equipment, technology, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (MS/MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in aerospace.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
