Dizario Search is seeking a Plant Manager to join our clients team in the Oklahoma City, OK area. The Plant Manager will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and oversee production, maintenance, quality, and safety. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, meet customer expectations, and lead a culture of accountability and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team
Monitor budgets, P&L, and cost controls for plant operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Collaborate with leadership on capacity planning and strategic growth

Qualifications

7+ years in plant or operations leadership within the manufacturing industry
Strong background in plastics manufacturing (e.g., injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc.) Preferred*
Proven experience managing KPIs, operational budgets, and cross-functional teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
