Why This Role Matters
The Manufacturing Operations Manager is the operational hub for our manufacturing teams—overseeing the performance, flow, and coordination between panel fabrication, custom automation equipment builds, and external mechanical partners. Success in this role means projects are delivered on time, resources are optimized, and operational efficiency continually improves. You’ll serve as a key connector between internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure every build—from concept to installation—meets Automation NTH’s quality, safety, and performance standards.
Top 3 Performance Objectives
Within 3 months:
• Gain full understanding of our panel fabrication and automation project workflows.
• Establish strong relationships with internal teams and mechanical partners to improve coordination and throughput.
Within 6 months:
• Implement measurable process improvements that reduce manufacturing delays and optimize material flow across operations.
• Lead the integration of lean manufacturing principles across the panel and custom automation departments.
Within 12 months:
• Achieve consistent on-time project completion across multiple business units while maintaining quality and safety metrics.
• Develop and lead initiatives that enhance resource utilization, reduce waste, and elevate team performance.
