Overview
The President will lead a mid-sized global technology and manufacturing organization, with full responsibility for strategic direction, operational performance, and financial outcomes. This role is accountable for the business’s overall profitability, growth, and long-term strategic positioning. The President will drive innovation, develop markets, and deliver consistent operational and financial excellence through visionary leadership and disciplined execution.
The ideal candidate is an experienced executive with a track record of driving transformation, scaling operations, and delivering sustained growth in complex, technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a multi-year strategic plan that accelerates growth, strengthens market position, and aligns with long-term corporate objectives.
Financial Stewardship: Own full P&L responsibility, driving continuous improvement in revenue, margin, and working capital performance.
Growth & Expansion: Lead business development initiatives that include new product introductions, global market expansion, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisitions.
Operational Excellence: Enhance efficiency and quality across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering through lean methodologies and data-driven process improvements. Lead initiatives to improve on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
Innovation & Product Development: Champion research and development initiatives that bring innovative technologies to market faster while maintaining the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Organizational Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across functions and global locations.
Execution & Accountability: Translate strategy into measurable goals and ensure performance commitments are met or exceeded. Establish strong operational metrics and reporting discipline across business units.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role (President, Full P+L ownership, or equivalent) with full P&L ownership for a global or multi-site business.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex organizations in manufacturing, industrial technology, or other engineering-driven sectors.
- Strong financial and business acumen, with a proven ability to deliver revenue growth and profit expansion.
- Experience leading innovation, new product development, and market diversification initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage across cultures and international markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition integration strongly desired.
