Our client, leading real estate firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a highly organized and polished Administrative Assistant to support their corporate headquarters. This is a fully in-person role based in NYC, providing essential administrative and operational support to senior executives and the broader team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to high-level executives, including calendar management, expense processing, phone coverage, travel coordination, presentations, and occasional personal assistance.
• Assist with special projects and hospitality-focused initiatives as needed.
• Anticipate needs, maintain strong attention to detail, and professionally represent the firm in all interactions.
• Offer backup support to colleagues during vacation or sick days, with the understanding that the team may operate on or around holidays.
• Demonstrate flexibility, resourcefulness, and composure under pressure while handling last-minute or changing priorities.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
• Entry-level administrative experience in a professional environment.
• High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
