AGF Talent has partnered with a growing commercial General Contractor to hire a hands-on leader for a role at the Vice President level who can run projects and help win new work. This position reports directly to the CEO and serves as the senior operational leader for the business.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee commercial construction projects (safety, schedule, budget, quality)
- Lead subcontractors and internal teams
- Build relationships and pursue new opportunities across the DMV
- Leverage existing relationships to help secure work
- Support estimating, scheduling, procurement, and other operational needs
- Improve systems and processes as the business grows
- Split time between the Greenbelt, MD office and client-facing networking
Who You Are
- Senior PM or Ops leader with strong commercial construction experience
- Experience with interiors in healthcare and/or SCIF environments
- Comfortable running projects and actively driving business development
- Entrepreneurial; comfortable taking on a wide range of responsibilities
- Proven delivery and client-facing track record
- Strong network in the DMV
- Military background preferred (not required)

Compensation
- $130K-150K base salary
- Bonus potential based on individual and company performance
