About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategy and execution as we scale our Series A cybersecurity company. This role will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong customer relationships in the cybersecurity market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion, aligning with company goals.
- Team Building & Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
- Revenue Growth: Drive new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new products and markets.
- Sales Operations: Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and metrics to ensure efficiency and scalability, including CRM management (e.g., Salesforce).
- Market Insights: Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product development and business strategy.
- Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other leadership team members to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
