A client of mine is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and scale its multi-site operations. This is a high-impact executive role responsible for driving operational efficiency, aligning cross-functional teams, and implementing systems that support long-term business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the strategic direction of the operations function
- Oversee multi-site operations and unify processes across locations
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with company goals
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource use
- Establish and enforce operational policies, standards, and performance metrics
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing plans, and project execution
- Present operational performance insights to executive leadership
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, including 3+ years in executive or upper management roles
- Proven success managing multi-site operations and driving cross-functional alignment
- Strong background in process improvement, systems implementation, and cost control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Deep understanding of operational best practices and industry standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
