We're hiring! Goldsmith & Co is seeking a Talented NYC Executive Personal Assistant, ideally someone who comes with previous experience.
As PA to the Founder of a successful business, you'll manage and execute projects & tasks ranging from assisting on personal matters including travel & event planning, office administration, inventory management, property management, and organizing family schedules/logistics.
Our firm's culture is dynamic and team-oriented, and we are seeking someone excited and comfortable within our fluid environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of anticipating needs in a dynamic environment. This position requires discretion, strong communication, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
Expectations/Requirements:
- Oversee daily operations and office administration for our lean, ~15-person office located in Flatiron
- Coordinate and manage appointments and overall calendar cadence/scheduling in partnership with our Founder's Chief of Staff
- Strong attention to detail and organization required
- Valid drivers license is required
- Must be comfortable with two loving dogs - our Founder's 9-year-old Boxer Homer and his younger brother Gus!
- Most importantly looking for high energy & a "no job is too big or too small" attitude
