Job Description
Answer high volumes of inbound calls from patients, providers, and referral sources.
Coordinate new patient referrals and intake processes across multiple locations.
Register patient accounts and verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
Schedule initial appointments and procedures using EHR and PMS systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Resolve routine and non-routine issues related to patient intake

Skills And Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience in healthcare call center operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance verification, and EHR systems.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
