We are seeking an experienced and highly accountable Operations Supervisor to lead a multi-focused remote pharmacy team. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple priorities, maintain full visibility across several specialized workstreams, and ensure consistent performance and compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment balancing oversight of day-to-day operations with strategic alignment, coaching, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to team leads and their direct reports
- Ensure accountability and productivity across all team functions holding team to high standards of accuracy, productivity, and professionalism
- Maintain full situational awareness across multiple workflows; balance competing priorities and reallocate resources as needed
- Conduct regular check-ins and coaching sessions to reinforce expectations; support development opportunities and ensure engagement among remote staff
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, productivity metrics, and quality audits
- Track and report department performance and ROI to provide leadership with actionable insights on productivity and operational outcomes
- Collaborate with other department leaders to resolve workflow issues, enhance efficiency, and support continuous process improvement
- Develop and manage staffing schedules to maintain adequate coverage, balance workload, and support business needs
- Support leadership in diagnosing performance gaps and implementing strategies to drive sustained improvement across the team
- Manage escalations and resolve complex issues
- Lead with transparency and integrity to foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence

- 2+ years of people leadership experience in a high-volume or remote setting preferred
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age. High school diploma/GED required
- Must be employed, in good standing with ExactCare Pharmacy for at least 6 months
- Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate, required
- Ability to perform in a remote setting that requires sitting at a desk 90% of the time
