Complete Care is seeking a passionate and skilled Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical leadership within one of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Jersey. We’re looking for a strong nurse leader who can inspire their team, ensure quality outcomes, and maintain our commitment to exceptional resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate all nursing department operations to maintain the highest standards of care.
Guide and support nursing staff through hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance management.
Work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to uphold compliance and readiness for state and federal surveys.
Oversee infection prevention, quality improvement, and resident safety programs.
Ensure accurate documentation and communication between nursing staff, residents, and families.
Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on compassion, respect, and professionalism.
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
At least 3 years of leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
Strong knowledge of clinical practices, state and federal guidelines, and survey processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on leader dedicated to improving resident outcomes and staff engagement.
