Complete Care, a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to join our growing team in New Jersey. Responsibilities:
Oversee all nursing operations within the facility to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to foster teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to drive positive clinical outcomes and maintain survey readiness.
Manage infection control, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting of resident care.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to promote satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of New Jersey (or eligibility for reciprocity).
Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
