Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with facility leadership to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide strong clinical and professional guidance to nursing staff, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Manage staffing levels effectively to maintain exceptional care while minimizing overtime.
- Lead with integrity by setting the standard for quality, compassionate care and supporting staff through coaching and mentorship.
- Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top nursing talent.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
