Job Description
Seeking a compassionate, tech savvy, and detail oriented Virtual Nurse to provide care for patients in a remote setting via two-way audio/video. The virtual nurse will help alleviate the administrative burden for the bedside care team to allow them to focus on direct patient care.
Primary Responsibilities
- Admission documentation
- Care Plan initiation and progress
- Discharge planning and documentation, medication reconciliation
- Patient and family education
- Review EMR for comprehensive clinical documentation and adherence to quality measures
- Align core values which include be authentic, be compassionate, celebrate and aspire.
Qualifications
- SC Nursing License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- 5 years RN experience with at least 2 years in the acute care setting
- Hiring for all specialities including NICU
- Technical proficiency of multiple computer software applications
- Designated workspace required
