Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a VP Of Operations & Supply Chain based in Phoenix, AZ. The role is a senior executive responsible for leading the company’s operational framework across construction, purchasing, and supply chain. This role directly oversees the Director of Construction, Purchasing Manager, General Manager of Inter-Pak Supply as well as other Operational departments, ensuring scalable systems, consistent processes, and operational excellence across all markets. The VP is accountable for construction training, customer communication, jobsite safety integration, cost control, and vendor partnerships, while also overseeing Inter-Pak Supply to align purchasing, pricing, and supply programs with Adair Homes’ profitability and quality goals. Reporting to the COO (Integrator), the VP ensures operational consistency, scalability, and overall company profitability.
