The Quality Leader is responsible for driving strategic oversight of production operations to ensure products consistently meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of quality assurance strategies that align with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Ensure quality processes, documentation, and records are properly maintained and effectively executed across all operational areas.
- Define and communicate clear quality objectives and performance indicators to guide team efforts and measure success.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer quality concerns, providing expert resolution to complex issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain—to establish and uphold internal and external quality standards.
- Guide risk mitigation efforts and quality control planning for new product launches and process changes using structured methodologies.
- Direct investigations into product and process deviations, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented and sustained.
- Oversee the management of non-conforming materials and ensure efficient disposition processes are in place.
- Manage warranty and product return programs, identifying trends and driving improvements in product design and manufacturing processes.
- Build and lead a high-performing quality team, including hiring, training, and professional development to meet evolving business needs.
- Monitor quality system effectiveness through regular data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and initiating action plans.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Proven expertise in APQP, structured problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives
