A day in the life of a Caregiver Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and celebrating a community of caregivers, unsurpassed in Maryland for warmth, professionalism and reliability. You will cultivate strong relationships with our caregivers throughout their career experience with Tribute.
This will be done by:
- Coordinating and participating in new-hire orientation and ongoing caregiver trainings
- Establishing consistent communication and developing strong, trusting relationships with caregivers
- Evaluating and celebrating successes
- Supporting an unparalleled employment experience through providing compassionate day-to-day support, coaching and development
This is a hybrid position that will involve travel to our Baltimore Office to facilitate new Caregiver orientation every Wednesday. Additionally, it will involve travel to meet and visit with caregivers in the community once a week. When this person is not attending in-person meeting, visiting caregivers in the community, or attending occasional company meetings or trainings, they have the flexibility to work from home.
This person is not required to have experience in home care. This role would be a great fit for someone with a background in human services roles focused on supporting others. It is an ideal position for individuals passionate about helping others, providing personalized support and making a meaningful impact.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- At least one year of previous leadership experience
