Our client, a leading technology and engineering organization, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the R&D Operations supporting various teams involved in operational planning, inventory management, hardware planning, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Austin, TX (100% On-Site)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
What's the Job?
- Perform accurate data entry into specialized tools from various teams within the organization
- Manage and update operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generate and analyze weekly reports to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and project timelines
- Assist with special projects involving large databases and process improvements, including AI initiatives
What's Needed?
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- Experience creating and generating meaningful reports from data
- Strong skills in presenting and representing data in meetings
- Ability to develop and improve existing data processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and basic understanding of databases
