A leading organization in the Advanced Electronics Industry is seeking a Plant Manager based in the greater Huntsville, AL area.
Candidates Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science or related STEM field
- Minimum 10 years of plant management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Technical acumen in a highly automated manufacturing environment
- Expertise with semiconductor, electronics, or advanced materials manufacturing processes
- Full P&L Management of a large, several hundred person manufacturing site
