Manufacturing client based in Florida seeking senior Supply Chain Planning Manager. Managing a team of 7 (Planners and Buyers). Responsible for leading global demand forecasting, supply inventory and manufacturing planning, purchasing, and cross-site logistics. Provides strategic direction and ensures alignment of supply chain operations with business goals, driving efficiency, cost competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of global, end-to-end supply chain operations including Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Inventory management. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels across functions.
Role is based onsite 5 days per week in Palm Beach, FL (hybrid is not an option).
Responsibilities:
- Analyze demand forecasts to build accurate and timely monthly production schedules
- Create Master Supply Plan (18-month) in support of monthly SIOP
- Lead S&OP process and meeting and resolve mismatches and gain consensus among all stake holders

- Provide strategic leadership to a team of planners, buyers, and supply chain professionals to deliver high levels of customer service, inventory optimization, and manufacturing productivity
- Develop global SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) across multiple sites in United States and Europe
- Oversee and optimize multi-site and global inventory levels to achieve financial and service objectives
- Work closely with other departments including Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance
- Lead supply chain risk management activities, including supplier disruptions, capacity shortages, and market volatility
- Promote continuous improvement throughout the supply chain organization
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements
- Manage and report annual budgets for Planning, Purchasing, and Supply Chain initiatives
Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- 7-15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (including heavy focus on planning) preferably in regulated industry
- 5 years of management experience
