Hours Per Day: 8.0. Split is based on building needs. Travel between the two different schools.
Shift: 7:30-4pm. Shift subject to change
Hourly Rate: $53.52/hour (current rate for 2024-25). Please see salary schedule (SC8LWESP.pdf) for more detail.

Job Summary
Provides nursing and school-related health care needs for students, parents and staff. Supervise; delegate care for medically fragile school age children. Ensures delivery of appropriate health care services and a safe school environment. Performs screening programs with the assistance of parent volunteers and makes appropriate follow-up referrals. Perform state mandated immunization programs. Assists in the development and implementation of health education curriculum. Work with and delegate to Para Educator nursing procedures.
LICENSE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Washington State Registered Nursing License.
- First aid- and CPR certification preferred.
- Valid Washington State driver's license.
- Hepatitis B immunization. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an associate degree in nursing or a nursing diploma earned in an accredited hospital program and job-related experience.
- Five years of nursing experience desired.
