Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team immediately. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist clients and colleagues with inquiries and provide information as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a busy environment.
