We’ve been retained to recruit a Plant Director for an international brand with a growing U.S. manufacturing presence, based in Salt Lake City, UT.

Ideal candidates will bring:
- BS degree (Engineering or related field preferred)
- A strong mechanical background and technical problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
- Proven success driving Continuous Improvement (Lean, TPM, or similar)
- A servant leadership approach focused on coaching and developing people
- Ability to track and improve KPIs across safety, quality, and productivity
- Experience with plant expansions or major capital projects (a plus)
