Position Overview
 The Regional Retail Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple stores. This role balances big-picture growth strategy with active involvement in store operations. The Manager will foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and client focus while ensuring each location delivers on brand standards and achieves its full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales growth by setting clear targets, analyzing performance, and implementing strategies to increase traffic
- Hire, train, and develop store managers and staff
- Oversee operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, policies
- Manage openings of new locations
