Our client is searching for a VP of Operations. This newly created role will work closely with the COO and CEO establishing processes to support the company's growth. Our client has recently acquired several commercial storage facilities and are growing at a rapid pace. This role will involve reviewing KPIs and P&L to identify operational inefficiencies and work with senior leadership to correct. This role is ideal for the Operations professional who likes to dive into the numbers and create new processes. This role is hybrid, 4 days onsite in their offices in Miami and 1 day remote. In addition to base salary there is a discretionary bonus and health benefits are covered. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a very hands on environment.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree. MBA preferred.
Previous experience within an Operational leader role
Experience managing multiple P&L and developing KPIs.
