There is potential the clinician will be needed to be assigned to other clinics, but with at least a 24-hour notice. Additional clinics are in Phoenix, Glendale, and Goodyear.
Skillset
- Able to screen and administer immunizations to children in a high-volume setting.
- Able to deliver professional and courteous customer service to all individuals.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of activities through notes, reporting forms, consent forms, and computer databases.
Responsibilities
- Appropriately store and handle all vaccines.
- Screen and administer immunizations to children in a high-volume setting.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service to all individuals.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of activities through nurse's notes, reporting forms, consent forms, and computer databases.
- Provide proof of administered vaccines and education to clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- One (1) or more years of current nursing experience.
- Community-based nursing experience and/or immunization nursing experience.
Preferred Experience
- Two (2) or more years of current nursing experience.
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish.
Required Licensure
- AZ or compact state Registered Nursing License.
Additional Information
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license by the time of hire.
- Must secure and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and complete and pass a background check.
- Employee must have reliable transportation, may have to travel to another location if coverage is needed.
