- The pay for this position is $35.95 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Case Manager RN Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Case Manager RN Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members’ needs and eligibility using clinical tools and data review
- Evaluate member benefit plans and available internal/external services to determine case resolution approach
- Apply criteria, guidelines, and case management plans to ensure appropriate administration of benefits
- Utilize case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Promote optimal, cost-effective outcomes through planning, facilitation, and advocacy
Case Manager RN Requirements
- RN with current unrestricted state licensure
- Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience (hospital, home health, or ambulatory care)
- Experience in healthcare and/or managed care industry
- Proficiency in computer skills including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform sedentary work including extended periods of sitting, phone use, and computer work
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Case Manager RN Preferred Qualifications
- Case Management Certification (CCM)
- Case management experience
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and productivity expectations in office environments
