Starr Associates LLP is a leading boutique real estate firm in Manhattan with a specialization representing developers in condominium and cooperative offering plan registrations for newly constructed and conversion projects. Our firm works on some of the most exciting and notable projects in New York City and we are seeking an executive assistant to work directly with our managing partner. Primary responsibilities include: attending meetings and notetaking, managing daily schedules, assisting with client follow ups and business development, calendar and travel management, etc. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to accuracy/detail are paramount. Compensation is dependent on experience and ranges between $70,000 - $80,000 with full benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be technologically adaptive to learn and master the firm’s recordkeeping software applications.
- No less than 3 years’ experience. Prior law firm experience is preferred but not required.
