Continuous Improvement Manager needed for a cut-and-sew apparel manufacturer.
In this role, you will lead continuous improvement efforts for two apparel manufacturing sites. You will lead capital equipment projects (adding new equipment, updating existing equipment). You will work closely with department managers, production associates, and senior leadership to develop cost-saving measures to further improve P&L budgets.
Requirements:
- Prior cut-and-sew apparel manufacturing experience
- Prior hands-on engineering experience
- Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly preferred
- Ability to travel 25% internationally
- Proven success in implementing cost-saving measures and improvements
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
