We’re partnering with a financially strong and growing manufacturer in the injection molding space, supplying components to top global automotive brands. They’re seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead operations at their flagship facility, overseeing 200–250 employees across engineering, maintenance, quality, assembly, and paint lines.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead daily operations across injection molding, assembly, paint, and engineering
Drive productivity, efficiency, and cross-departmental alignment
Manage and develop supervisors and department leads
Champion continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S)
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with industry standards
Support strategic planning, budgeting, and capital projects

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years in manufacturing leadership, ideally in injection molding or automotive
Experience managing large teams (200+ employees) across multiple departments
Strong understanding of KPIs, manufacturing systems, and process improvement
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
