Job Title: Data Entry ClerkJob Description
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Interpret family drawings and BOM information, accurately entering and updating data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Verify the accuracy of information before inputting.
- Perform regular data audits and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with other departments.
- A good understanding of technical knowledge pertaining to drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability and willingness to work as a team player.
- Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read drawings/blueprints is very helpful.
- ERP knowledge, particularly Sage, is a big plus.
Work Environment
The work environment is within the offices section of a manufacturing facility. The role mostly stays off the production floor, but Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided if/when needed to go out on the floor. The position operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The dress code is business casual, with jeans and closed-toe shoes acceptable.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
