We are seeking a results-driven Vice President of Operations to oversee our Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Purchasing departments. This role is responsible for building and executing an operations strategy that supports company growth, optimizes facility utilization, and drives continuous improvement across all areas. Candidates should have a strong background of at least 5 years in inventory and supply chain management, with a proven track record of leadership and project management.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and standardize operational processes and procedures to drive efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Operations, Engineering, Logistics, OEM, and Purchasing managers
- Manage staffing, performance goals, and development for the operations team
- Identify and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Oversee allocation of personnel, materials, and equipment to meet operational needs
- Lead capital investments and continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as a key member of the Leadership Team, helping define company strategy
- Develop and manage department budgets; review expenses and address variances
- Organize and oversee execution of physical inventory across facilities
- Represent the company at facilities and industry meetings (10–15% travel)
Qualifications
- 10+ years of operations and supply chain management experience (or 5+ years with a BA/BS in Business, Management, or related Technical discipline)
- Proven leadership experience managing teams, projects, and initiatives
- Strong expertise in inventory and supply chain management
- Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Strong technical and managerial skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required)
- Engineering background or experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $175,000–$185,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus bonus
