Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Supervisor located in Rincon, GA. The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met, managing quality control processes, and leading a team of manufacturing staff. The role also involves daily communication with various departments to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
- Strong Quality Control and assurance skills
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with various departments
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field is a plus
- Experience in the automobile industry is beneficial
- This is an entry level role with a starting annual compensation rate set at 56k
