Hinckley has been building and servicing America’s finest yachts since 1928. Today, Hinckley builds highly innovative, power and sailing yachts from 29 to 76 feet under the Hinckley, Hinckley Sport Boat, Hunt and Morris brands. The Savannah team is looking for a receptionist/admin to work for us part time, for a temporary role supporting our office staff.
This position is integral to the functionality of the office as a first impression ambassador for our brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering Phones
- Manage new customer data entry.
- Some cash management
- Data entry, reports.
- Ensure labor and tech note entry daily.
- Administrative support to the team
- Highly organized, team oriented and providing the outmost customer service experience.
Requirements
- 3 years related experience and /or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Marine experience a plus!
- Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Hours would be 9AM to 1 PM Monday - Friday with some flexibility
This position is temporary with a potential of becoming full-time (to be determined)
