The
Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and day-to-day operations of the facility. This includes ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining high standards of resident care, managing financial performance, and leading a team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home to ensure quality care and resident satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
- Hire, train, and supervise staff; foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Ensure effective communication with residents, families, and regulatory agencies
- Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in [State]
