The Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and day-to-day operations of the facility. This includes ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining high standards of resident care, managing financial performance, and leading a team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the nursing home to ensure quality care and resident satisfaction
Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures
Hire, train, and supervise staff; foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Ensure effective communication with residents, families, and regulatory agencies

Qualifications:

Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in [State]
