Vice President of Operations

We’re looking for a dynamic Vice President of Operations to spearhead growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role for a proven leader ready to design and scale systems, optimize performance, and guide teams through a period of rapid expansion.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead operations at scale in a highly regulated environment.
- Drive initiatives in DC scaling, digitization, SKU rationalization, revenue optimization, and cost efficiencies.
- Build and mentor world-class operational and quality teams.
- Partner with senior leadership to prepare for major growth milestones.
- Ensure end-to-end operational readiness for the future.
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years in FDA-regulated manufacturing (HCT/P, medical device, or pharmaceutical).
- 5+ years in senior operational or quality leadership.
- Proven success driving large-scale transformation and growth.
- Strong background in system builds, compliance, and optimization.
- Experience with sterile injections is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in biological science, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience supporting complex business models, including consignment distribution and revenue cycle optimization.
