Location: Hybrid role, local to the Denver, CO Regional office at 10350 E. Dakota Ave., Denver, CO 80247. (must be able to go onsite to this location for equipment needs)

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to serve as a critical first-line data processor. This is a high-volume position responsible for the intake, validation, and routing of new and renewal group enrollment forms. Your work will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our system of record by ensuring all data is accurate and timely.
Primary Responsibilities
- Data Intake & Validation: Act as the gatekeeper for all group control forms, ensuring they are complete and compliant before processing. Meticulously review forms for all required data points, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
- System Updates: Update core demographic data and premium rates in the system of record.
- Routing & Reporting: Route validated forms to the appropriate internal teams for final processing and assist with basic data reporting tasks.
- Data Processing: A large part of this role will be data validation, scrubbing, and entry.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience is required, preferably in a data-heavy administrative or office setting. Experience in healthcare, claims processing, medical reception/billing, authorizations/referrals, or credentialing is a significant advantage.
- Skills: You must have strong computer skills, including excellent Excel proficiency (sorting, filtering, and basic data manipulation) and strong 10-key proficiency. You must possess good analytical skills to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Work Requirements: This is a hybrid position, but you must reside in Colorado to be local to the Denver office for equipment needs. You must also be a professional communicator with strong organizational skills, able to work well in a collaborative team environment.
