We are currently looking for a Plant Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team full-time to support our variety of customers. Position coordinates and performs the daily operations of receiving all raw materials required by the department, as well as performing any supply chain duties as required while meeting all corporate and site compliance requirements. Position maintains accurate raw material and finished goods inventory counts in an efficient and organized warehouse.
Requirements
Essential Job Duties
- Understands, promotes and complies with all applicable regulatory, plant and corporate EHS and related policies and procedures.
- Fulfills Emergency Response (ER) functions, roles and responsibilities in accordance with site emergency response plan.
- Checks stock levels and order all raw materials in an accurate, safe and efficient manner while adhering to all Government, Corporate, and site regulations, rules and guidelines.
- Assists as necessary in ensuring that all departmental procedures are accurately maintained.
- Maintains complete and accurate records of all shipping/receiving activities.
- Knowledge of all aspects of SAP as applicable to department.
- Maintains a high level of housekeeping in warehouse & shipping/receiving areas.
- Backup for Supply Chain Manager/Scheduler.
- Coordinates logistics for outgoing and incoming deliveries.
- Manages inventory of finished goods.
- Works with Broker to resolve border issues and arranges routing that is cost effective.
- Acts as focal point for customers with respect to supply and demand issues.
- Attends all safety, toolbox and other mandatory meetings.
- Other projects/duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 5 Years Manufacturing Experience, Problem Solving, Safety Procedures
